Vladimir Smicer Hails Dominik Szoboszlai as a 'Complete' Player

The former Liverpool attacker highlighted Szoboszlai's relentless work ethic and skill. "He’s got a big heart, he’s fighting, he’s pressing, he’s running. He can do everything, he can score goals. For me, he’s definitely the player to build the team with or around him. He’s a very, very important part of the team. If you want to improve your team, you always need to keep your best players, and he’s definitely one of our best players this season."

Smicer's comparison to Nedved is significant. Nedved was known for his tireless running and lethal finishing, traits that Szoboszlai is beginning to embody. "Pavel was hard-working, running, tackling, doing the hard passes, but then around the box he was deadly. Szoboszlai is like that," Smicer noted.
